New family favorite!

I was a little worried about how the boys would be with another girl in the house. They are usually pretty rough and hyper. They love to run around, throw things at eachother, wrestle etc. You know all the things boys like to do. Since Violet has come into our lives I have seen a sensitive side come out of them. Even from Dave! He told her that she makes him talk baby talk. He didn't do that with the boys. Caleb talks baby talk to her too and is always willing to help. Aidan is proud that he is a big brother and always wants to know where Violet is. I told him the other day that he was a big boy and he said no big brother! It's even more fun since she has started cooing and smiling! She definately brings joy into all of our lives and is our new family favorite! I got video of Violet "talking" and smiling and also some pictues of Dave and Caleb loving on her. Aidan was asleep. I hope the video part works. It's pretty cute but then again I am biast!

fun at the park!

Last Saturday while Dave was sleeping(he had to work a 24hr shift)I took the kids outside to play at the park. They got bored really quickly because there were no other kids out so we went on a walk. We ended up going to two more parks. There are lots of parks near by but we always end up going to the same one that is across the street. It was a nice change. At one of the parks Caleb said he wanted leave shortly after we got there. He told me that the two boys that were there said the S word so we should leave. He said ya know the word stupid and also the SH word. I was proud of him for wanting to remove himself from those dirty words. Good job Caleb! I took pictures at the third park we went to. Also I got a picture of Calebs missing tooth. Since Aidan has to do everything Caleb does I took a picture of his mouth too.
